This dollhouse is new and has not been assembled. Unfortunately the original box was tossed in error, but the two inside boxes were complete and in good order. We confirmed all pieces are included and had been in their original wrap before it went through our quality control process. Please see photos to see all pieces. This is a sturdy (heavy weight) dollhouse. As the Bombay Company has been out of business for some time, this is a very rare kit. It appears very easy to assemble; just a few screws as the pieces are large and made of some type of wood composition material. The outside is finished and you can add your own interior decorating and finishes. Although it took some research, the first photo in this listing is from a dollhouse enthusiast blog of their finished piece. Four inside rooms measure approximately 8 3/4" x 13 3/4" (2 rooms; one up and one down) and 18 3/4" x 13 3/4". A quality dollhouse that will be sure to become an heirloom piece in your family.
