Unique Large Tudor Style Market Square Shop, Tearoom & Town House - DOLLS HOUSE. COLLECTION PREFERRED, but can be packed and sent as a parcel at buyers risk.

Consists of a ground floor Milliners Shop and Open Market Stall stilted area with stairs to first floor which is a large open Tearoom area with enclosed stairwell to top floor and Dumbwaier to top floor. Top floor consists of two bedrooms, a lounge and a bathroom with enclosed stairwell and Dumbwaiter. In a traditional Tudor style the building floors get bigger towards the top of the building. The roof is removable exposing electrics for lighting which is wired throughout the dolls house. There is a small removable panel on the roof where the switches are located.

The dolls house is fantastically unique and impressive and is fitted with a lazy susan base so that it can be turned easily to access the different sections/rooms. The shop and each room can be reached by way of hinged side walls which open fully. The dolls house is in good condition but requires lots of care and would suit collector willing to fix it up and return it to original condition. Some repairs are clearly needed but it would make a fun project for someone.
