COLLECTION ONLY FROM EN8 7RF which is 5 minutes drive from M25 junction 25. Sorry, I cannot deliver or post this item. Dolls House Shop 3 Storey 1/12 12th Scale. This would make a lovely project to redecorate and personalise. Some items of furniture including a gold metal till, serving counter and display cabinet in the shop area, plus the other items shown.

On the ground floor is a shop with a double door entrance, round the right side of the house is a back shop entrance, and round the left side is a front door to the accommodation. On the ground floor is a door in the passageway to enter the shop via the stockroom, and on the upper 2 floors there are doors in to the living and sleeping areas. There is a 2 storey flat (+ loft with hatch) above the shop. This is a lovely dolls house that is in need of some tlc.

Some window panes need replacing, the fence around the front door is missing, the eye forvthe hook by to secure the front shut is missing and some general redecoration is required, but the house is structurally sound.
