Edwardian Style Dolls House, with Bespoke Basement and Loft (Collectors Item)

  
Here is my Collectors Edwardian Style Dolls House for Sale. It measures 42 (107cm) in height, 26 (66cm) wide and depth 12 (30cm) main house plus 10 (25cm) with basement attached. The house its self is of standard make.

The loft and basement are bespoke. It has electric but not tested. All the rooms have a light fitted with ceiling rose. The kitchen has a stove and sink.

The main house has 6 rooms plus hallways and stairs, as seen in pictures 2 + 6. The basement has 2 rooms with stairs leading down externally and internally plus stairs leading up to main house, as seen in pictures 7 + 9. The roof is detachable with 2 rooms in, as seen in picture 8. Only 2 of the rooms have been decorated as seen in pictures 4+5.

It is in very good condition and has the added bonus that you can make it your own with more decoration. This is a collection only item from SS1 2XQ which is SOUTHEND-ON-SEA , Essex.
