Dolls House

  
This is an unfinished project. The exterior is covered with scale brick slips and pointed up the give an authentic appearance. The roof is slated and finished with ridge tiles.

The chimney pots are terracotta. The windows are of the sliding sash type some are glazed. There are several fire places including a range for the kitchen along with a Belfast sink kit.

Wiring for lights has been started (copper stick on tape). Architrave and skirting (wood) along with spindles , newel posts , stairs and handle rails. The front entrance steps have made to look like they are slabbed with stone. The basement area can be reached by removing the front path which also slabbed with stone. This basement area is a separate piece to the main building and comes with the house.

For authenticity the embellishments over the windows have flashings. There are a few bits and pieces to go with the house. Such as hopper heads and drain pipes again in period. The item "Dolls House" is in sale since Tuesday, February 6, 2018.
