This has 7 rooms, 6 Roof Tops, and Several wall/window separator pieces. I placed batteries in every section and confirmed that all lights and sounds work. There is one section that is similar to an entry way, that does not take batteries, so there are no lights or sounds in that room.

Several of the battery covers are missing, but you cannot tell as the roof covers it. I found one crack that measures about an inch long on one of the exterior pieces. I did not find any other damage.

There are some cabinet doors in the kitchen and a refrigerator door that are missing. We spent a great deal of time cleaning the set as it was dusty from being stored for several years.
