Dolls House 12th Thatched Large Cottage by Little Homes Of England Graham Wood

  

This is a very reluctant sale of my gorgeous 12 th scale Thatched Dolls House / Cottage made by Little Homes Of England Graham Wood with 4 good sized rooms and some outside space. It has the fantastically realistic thatch finish, with a wealth of bricks and beams. I do hope my pictures do some justice to this lovely house. Outside there is a opening side area with an outside loo, a barn style door that leads into the kitchen.

There is a wishing well , which I have shown on and off the house. As you can see there is a little discolouring from where it was fixed to the house.

Also there is a tiny bit of wear to the painted edges of the porch above the front door. However overall in my opinion the house is in very good used condition given its age. It has its original sticker on the back for authenticity from 2002.

The house is 32 inches wide by 17 inches deep by about 31 ish inches tall. Inside there are 4 rooms , the kitchen has a flagstone effect floor. While the other 3 rooms have wooden floorboard effect flooring.

The walls are finished with a plaster effect and a wealth of beams to walls and ceilings. The kitchen comes with the built in cast iron looking range , it has a swinging arm for a kettle to heat from and a rack for hanging pots. The main room downstairs has an inglenook fireplace and one of the rooms upstairs also has a tiny fireplace. Any small bits and pieces that are on the walls I will be including in the listing, This includes a set of 3 flying geese, some bellows, a couple of ornaments on the shelf above the fire and a pipe rack. The windows have the classic leaded light effect finish. Given its weight and size this is a Cash on Collection item.
