This is the last week of this listing! Large Robert Stubbs Tudor style Dolls House, complete with custom made base. I have owned this house from new.

Please note that it is over 20 years old, so is in good used condition. This is a craftsman made genuine Robert Stubbs dolls house. It has been beautifully made and is very solid.

The house has a thatch effect roof and leaded effect Windows. It has lighting throughout using a transformer. The house is on three floors with 7 good sized rooms in total. The front panels are all magnetic, making them easily removable.

The separate base unit was commissioned especially to provide a sturdy stand, as this item is very heavy. The base has a few scratches to the top, where the house has been moved on and off. The base front is also magnetic, enabling it to be used for storage. House: 96cms wide 117 cms high 55cms deep.

Base: 127 cms wide 40cms high 56 cms deep. Overall height is 157 cms. This item is very large, so please check that it will fit into your collection vehicle.
