Huge 33" Marx Marxie Mansion Tin Litho Mansion Dollhouse & Furniture 1960's 33x12x20" tall For you collector's, is a HUGE Marx Tin Litho Dollhouse. This Mansion is around 33 long! It is in super nice shape considering its age. Hard to believe how bright and vibrant the colors are after all these years.

The indoor windows still have the valances for curtains, with one set of curtains still there in the great room. This house considering age has few cosmetic flaws. There is some rusting at the bottom of the front door. There is light scratching in a few spots on the siding on the front of the mansion and on the pine tree on the right. The roof has a few minor rust spots here and there, mostly around its perimeter and you have to look kinda of hard to notice. The underside of the base of the house has some rusting. This side has some scratching (see photos). The interior rooms have minor rust spots here and there and a scratch here and there.

The side with the patio has a few light scratches. Please use the pictures to judge the condition.

Overall, this house is AMAZING!! The litho colors are still so vibrant and the curtain valances are still affixed with one set of curtains hanging. Compared to others out there I consider it VERY WELL PRESERVED given its age. Most are marked Made in Hong Kong.

Some to many have flaws and most could use a detailed cleaning as I have given them a once over. The tub has a broken faucet.

The vanity mirror is cracked. The paper lithos on the picnic table and on the yellow speaker are worn as well as the rectangular long black table. Some of the pieces exhibit yellowing due to the manufacturers glue used and time's toll on it. The media cabinet is missing a drawer. This beautiful mansion comes As-Is and is by no means complete, but would be an awesome addition to any collection.
