Dolls House Large French Chateau Mansion. Height to top of chimney approx 46 1/2 ins width approx 31 ins depth21 1/2 ins to front of balustrades the room depth approx 17 ins.

I have just finished building this bespoke French dolls house in 1 12 scale which I have built , designed and decorated myself , it is truly one of a kind , with hand made parquet floors , each piece individually cut and glued , one floor took approx 11 hours in total. The balconies are vintage which I painted to look like aged verdigris , the front is a timeworn aged paint effect. The panels to the front are handmade as are the topiary trees. The ceiling heights are approx 9 1/2 ins on the lower ground , then as in true chateau and grand houses the ceiling heights are higher approx 11 ins and 12 ins , The curtains I have made from silk and are held up with tape for ease of change.

The doors are non opening as are the windows. The beautiful Chrystal chandeliers look truly spectacular wether lit , or not , it is copper wired at the back and includes the wiring and mains adaptor , again all brand new.
