Hello and welcome to my sale of a Georgian style dolls house, conservatory, green house, smaller dolls house, fruit stall, outside Mediterranean bar, and plinth to display it all on. Along with all furniture, animals, fittings, lights, wardrobes, toys, etc etc. The dimensions of this item are as follows.

I cannot begin to describe how elaborate this whole set is. This was sourced from a serious enthusiast who meticulously put it all together and looked after it as their pride and joy.

There is a large Georgian style dolls house with 12 rooms. Kitchen, bedrooms, study areas, stairwells etc etc. All rooms have been furnished and fitted with every kind of detail. All floors have been carpeted or laminated. All walls have been wallpapered or painted.

Each room has its own set character. Included in each room is plates, knives and forks, newspapers, bedding on beds, lights that light up, wine racks, wine bottles on said racks, pianos, pictures on walls, even cats playing on the stairs. No room has been left undone. To the left of the larger house there is green house with plant pots, seating and flowers.

Outside of this there is some rockery and trees with a fountain and fake grass all around. On the right of the house there is an outside conservatory with additional seating, pond, flowers, trees pots and animals. This whole ensemble sits on a large plinth with fake grass and a laminate tile effect flooring. Please note for size this plinth is 7ft wide!!

The pictures do not convey how large this dolls house really is. The smaller dolls house has all the 4 rooms furnished as well.

The roof lifts up however this has not been furnished. There is a small fruit stall with various baskets and bags of fruit. Lastly there is a Mediterranean out house which has a bar downstairs and a eating area upstairs. There are various trees and shrubs alongside seating, drinks, milk bottles, beer bottles, wine bottles, etc etc.

The details on all items is breathtaking. No expense has been spared in any of these rooms or areas. It was amassed and just left to look at. Not touched or played with. This truly is a serious collectors item, for a true true enthusiast or a very, very lucky little girl. Both dolls houses light up with electric lights. Plugs etc all working and supplied.
