Boxed Mulberry Hall Exclusive Limited Edition from the Miniature Houses Range 1st Quality. This wonderfully detailed'Georgian Dolls' House. , in the Original Lined Box, part of the Miniature Houses Range, was Commissioned by and Exclusively for Mulberry Hall of York as a Limited Edition 454/100. And would be a brilliant addition to any collection.

Measuring some 85mm high it is 1st quality, but not being, technically, a Paperweight, it has, and was manufactured with, a fixed porcelain stopper and vent hole on the base. Modelled by Mark Delft and decorated by Louise Adams, i. T has the Painter/Modeller's marks on the base and is in excellent undamaged condition, with no chips, cracks, scratches, or restoration. The item comes from a private collection, previously displayed, behind glass, in a cabinet and comes with the original box and matching Cetificate. The box shows signs of usage.
