RE-MENT PUCHI ROOM HOUSE BUILDING SUPER, SUPER RARE! Here I have the Super Rare Re-Ment Puchi Housing. This , just like all of my Re-Ment listings are from my collection.

The house is used , but in good condition. It measures about 1 8 " long x 1 2 " high and 1 2 wide. There is light scratching on the clear plastic. The front window has a larger than light scratch that I have taken a picture of.

You can see the scratch on the front window in the 1 0 t h photo near the bottom. On the wallpaper near the top of the door there is an about 1 tear.

On the back wallpaper there is some residue from when pictures were hung. The knob that opens the front window has bits of paint missing. The doors on these houses , I have owned 7 of them , and I've always had problems keeping them closed. I fixed the problem by putting a bit of earthquake stickem in the door jam near the door handle. On the base , at the back of the building one corner cracked and was repaired.

It's at the back , if the vase is placed that way and cannot be seen from the front. Over all the house is really nice. It's in better condition than the one that I have fixed up? If you are looking for perfection , this house is not for you.

I hope that I have listed everything about it. If not , I will add to my description. I just remembered that on top of the extended side window there are some scratches from when the houses were stored side by side.
