G&J Lines dolls house for restoring. Someone loves pink and has painted it everywhere. The paint surface is cracking as it looks like old oil based paint that has now deteriorated and is peeling off. Bought myself to restore but circumstances changed so sadly I need to sell on. Hopefully there is another me out there that can take on this house.

Roof corners have repairs and roof in general needs filling and repainting (people wrongly lift these houses by the roof) Lovely larger house all original glass in windows. Lovely typical Lines front door sweet staircase. This is a larger house measuring 12"W x 25"H (28" to chimney) 21"L, Happy to pack but will needs to be collected and sent parcelforce48 due to its size and weight.
