If the basement is bought at the same time as the House. It will be made as one.

The basement opens up at the same time as the house There is no join. Choose between the Standard or Deluxe House Both made from 9mm MDF.

Standard comes with Ready made Front Door (wooden), Windows bars are made from MDF (Not Plastic) , Stone surround around windows (MDF). Stair Treads to all floors. Hinges for Front and Roof.

DELUXE comes with Ready made Wooden Front Door and Wooden Windows. Timber Moulding for window top and bottom cills, Quoin Stones Strips. Highly Detailed Design as photo.

Size for both 715mm high (28") 762mm wide (30") 380mm Deep (15). Main house is Made from MDF. Designed and Made in WALES by DHD Dolls House Direct Established 1989. Our House are not made from thin boarding (over 15 kilos in weight). This is reflexed in the cost of the Post & Packaging for UK mainland.
