Vintage TRIANG PRINCESS DOLLS HOUSE

  

In the garden of Windsors Royal Lodge in Berkshire, England, tucked away from public view stands a miniature thatched cottage with white-washed walls. The Little House or Y Bwthyn Bach. Was presented to Princess Elizabeth and her sister Margaret in March 1932 on behalf of the people of Wales on the occasion of Elizabeths sixth birthday.......

See the black & white photo of the Queen (young Princess Elizabeth) outside her play house. It is a solid, heavy house......... Front opening with metal opening windows........... Chimney is not attached but is present.........

Only damage to the outside is the front left hand corner (see magnified photo). Internally the house has 2 original fires present & the papers are in good shape..........

The hallway may well have been repapered as it looks very clean - but the papers are triang........ Lovely condition dolls house - Dimensions are. 30 inches [75 cm] wide, 17 inches [45 cm] deep and 23.75 inches [59.5 cm] high including the base board - Quite a big house!

I would prefer this to be collected as it is heavy & will cost a lot to courier but it can be posted if unable to collect......... All offered in good played with condition (unless stated) at a low start with no reserve........... A wonderful addition to your vintage dollshouse collection.
