The Mill Cottage - Limited Edition Doll's House - Dolls House Emporium - Number 118 of just 500 made. Hand made by craftsmen and is made of polyresin and timber. The house has been in storage for a while so will need a bit of a dust and polish. I can't see any defects.

All furniture/dolls as shown are included in the sale. Adaptor which powers all the lights is included. Lights in rooms, range and fireplace all working as shown in photos. House base is 3ft long, house is 2ft high, depth of house is 18. Chimney adds 5 to height above roof line.
